AKKA Soccer Business Policies
6 MONTH AUTO-PAY and SIBLING MEMBERSHIPS: Payment is due on a specified day. All monthly auto-pay renewals that are declined will receive a $25.00 service fee. ALL Autopay memberships are 6 month minimum. At the end of the 6 month period the membership auto-converts month to month at same rate.
6 month memberships cannot be terminated or canceled until after the 6 month period from date of purchase has been fulfilled. After this date cancellation requires 14 days notice by sending request to akkasoccer.com@gmail.com. This is the only way to cancel your membership. In the event the player is injured, any unused sessions can be paused with a doctors note provided for up to 3 months. A new doctor’s note will need to be provided to extend hold for each 3 month period.
AKKA Player Advancement Program: One Class Pass and 5 Sessions Pass both have a two month expiration from sale date. These purchase options may be shared with any family member that is attached to your account. Unused and/or expired passes are not refundable. In the event the player is injured, any unused sessions can be paused with a doctors note provided for up to 3 months. A new doctor’s note will need to be provided to extend hold for each 3 month period.
1 on 1 Private Training: Payment in full is due before the purchase option will be confirmed and scheduled. The client will receive four 1 hour sessions with a trainer that must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of sale date. Non-Pass Holders and New Clients also receive 2 passes into our AKKA Player Advancement Program. Active Pass Holders receive 2 hours of Open Turf Time which must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of sale date. Active Members receive 50% discount on any single camp/clinic/event within one year of sale date. Unused hours are not refundable nor transferable. Small Group Training: Payment in full is due before the purchase option will be confirmed and scheduled. The client who completes the online inquiry is responsible for full payment and for scheduling all sessions with us. All four private sessions must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of date of sale. The clients also receive 2 hours of Open Turf Time that also must be scheduled within 60 days of sale date. If at least one member of the group is in attendance then the hour is debited from the total remaining hours as used. There are no make-ups for scheduled and unattended sessions. Open Turf time is subject to availability often scheduled on weekdays 3-6pm and weekends 9am-12pm. Unused hours are not refundable nor transferable. In the event the scheduling player is injured any unused sessions can be paused with a doctors note provided for up to 3 months. A new doctor’s note will need to be provided to extend hold for each 3 month period.
Cancellation Policy for Classes and Private/Small Group Training: We understand that life happens sometimes and you may be unable to keep your appointment with us. No problem as long as we have advance notice. You can simply manage your account online and cancel/reschedule any booked dates in the AKKA Player Advancement Program up to one hour before a class is to begin, and for 1 on 1 and Small Group training, no less than 3 hours is required. If you need immediate assistance text direct at 856.905.7181 and include your name, event name, and date/time of service to be rendered. If no attempt has been made to contact us within the given timeframes then the session missed will be counted as attended towards your package total without refund.
Events and Clinics: You must cancel no less than 24 hours prior to the start for a refund. ALL refunds are made to your AKKA account. No credit is given for clinics/events/camps cancelled by client within 24 Hours of the event. No refunds will be applied after the event/clinic has started.
Returns: You may return your purchase for store credit on your AKKA account only. No refunds will be given back onto credit/debit cards. AKKA account credit can be used towards anything purchased at AKKA, including class cards, gift cards, auto pay memberships, etc.. To initiate a return you must contact us at akkasoccer.com@gmail.com. All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase date.
