AKKA Soccer Strength and Conditioning Boot Camp
For High School Players U15 through College
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays beginning June 24th and concluding August 2nd.
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost: Early Bird Special before 5/31 of $180. $210 After. Players can attend any and as many days a week as they wish. This works out to just $10 per class at early bird rate! Drop-in available at $20 per visit.
This is a fitness program specifically for soccer players based on the (HIIT) model of High Intensity Interval Training designed to get them into shape for their preseason high school and college programs.
The goal is to build strength, increase balance and mobility, and overall fitness that soccer players need to compete in the modern game.
The workouts will take 35-40 min on average, utilizing their own body weight in most exercises, plyometric movements, and light resistance in the form of medicine balls/kettle bells. A soccer ball will be incorporated often in many exercises.
After each conditioning session the players will have a 25 to 30 minute cool down and recovery with the soccer ball to facilitate the process and improve their technical ability when the body and mind is fatigued.
